A truly luxurious treat to share. Easy to whip up & full of goodness.
Just make sure you don’t add too much salt… trust me.

Ingredients
1 can of, unshaken, coconut milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp honey
4-5 oz. chocolate
½ tsp salt
1 avocado; pitted and shelled.
Fruit of choice - I prefer raspberries!
Preparation
In a double broiler, or in a heat proof bowl set over a sauce pan of barely simmering water, (medium- low heat) combine the coconut milk, vanilla, honey, chocolate & salt. Stir gently until completely melted; about 8-10 minutes.
Transfer melted mixture to a blender. Add in the avocado and puree until smooth.
Transfer the mousse mixture to ramekins or jars of choice (I like to use 4oz or 8oz mason jars) and place into the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with fruit on top!
